Conduct a monthly inventory of the dormitory warehouse.
每月盘点宿舍仓库；
Manage the situation of staff dormitories and bed allocations, and update the personnel list monthly.
掌握人才宿舍与床位分配的情况，每月更新人员名单；
Manage and update the registration forms for the allocation of items in the staff dormitory, and prepare and submit the monthly dormitory inventory checklist.
管理和更新人才宿舍领用物品的登记表，每月做好并上交宿舍物品盘点表；
Regularly prepare and submit dormitory maintenance reports, dormitory safety and hygiene inspection forms, and monthly talent dormitory disciplinary reports;
定期准备并上交宿舍维修报表、宿舍安全、卫生检查表、 每月人才宿舍违纪表；
Ensure that the monthly water, electricity, natural gas, CCTV, internet, and property management fees for the talent dormitory are paid on time and reimbursed promptly.
确保人才宿舍每月的水费、电费、天然气费、闭路电视费、网费及物业管理费按时缴纳并及时报销。
At least 2 years of work experience in the same position at a five-star hotel;
最少2年的五星级酒店同岗位工作经验；
Good verbal and written communication skills;
良好的口头及书面沟通能力；
Computer skills.
