职位描述

岗位职责：

1.礼貌和友好地接听所有的来电, 并负责准确的接转；

2.准确记录客人的叫醒要求，并提供专业准点的叫醒服务；

3.负责检查叫醒记录, 并在电话没有人接听时采取适当的措施；

4.了解酒店语音留言系统；

5.充分熟悉酒店设施和营业时间, 确保正确回答客人疑问，提供一站式服务。

岗位要求：

1.全日制大专（含）以上学历；

2.至少1年相同岗位工作经验，最好是同酒店品牌；

3.良好的英语能力以及沟通技巧。

其他要求

国际联号工作经历：优先

语言能力：英语-良好

计算机能力：良好
