 l  Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of Apartments and Surroundings (e.g. Corridors, lift lobbies, carpets) reporting defects, achieving zero referrals from Residents.
保持房间及外围环境的清洁、完好状态。及时报告需维修项目，实现零缺陷服务。
l  Maintain operational readiness of equipment and distributions of supplies.
保证设施设备的良好使用状态，及时补充消耗品
l  Assist with the removal and replacement of curtain, furniture, fixtures and soft furnishings and maintenance of furniture store.
帮助住客搬移窗帘、家具、及其它家用设备
l  Assist with the cleaning of Apartments, e.g. cleaning of, windows, upholstery, rugs, carpets, walls, lighting, air-con vents and ceiling
帮助清洁房间设施（例如：窗户、地垫、地毯、墙面、灯、空调口、天花等）
l  Uphold company policy and procedures to ensure the safety, security and welfare of the Residents.
