Interview, analyse reasons for leaving, share turnover with department managers
and provide suggestions.

Maintain the
relationship with school and establish trainee’s resource pool to fulfil the
hotel's talent pool.
维护实习生院校关系，建立实习生资源库以保证酒店的人才梯队。

Inspect trainees’ on-job
work every day and follow up any problems of trainees and departments.

Formulate part time
management system, reasonable control labor costs with legal compliance.

Check the part-times
workload in department every day.
