工作描述Job Description
1.监督市场销售部的整体运作，与酒店管理层共同努力以实现酒店的市场定位
和收入目标。
Oversees the Sales & Marketing Department and works with the management in achieving the hotel’s market positioning and revenue goals.
2.树立酒店良好的品牌形象，就与市场销售部有关的酒店战略计划和总体经营
目标向总经理提供建议和支持，树立酒店良好的品牌形象。
Building the Brand of the hotel. Provides support and advice to the General Manager in strategic planning and overall business goals relating to Sales & Marketing issues of the brand and the hotel.                                                                           
3.监督本部门，维护集团标准，品牌忠诚度及酒店形象。
Overseas day to day sales efforts of the team. Protects and guards corporate standards, brand integrity and Hotel image.    
任职资格 Qualification
1.Fully versed in Sales System with high level of interpersonal skills
熟知销售系统并具有良好的沟通能力
2.Excellent Leadership skills with ability to motivate and coach staff 
卓越的领导能力，善于管理并激励员工
3.Ability to display good judgment when necessary
在需要时显示良好的判断能力
4.Strong financial acumen in forecasting, budgeting and be bottom-line oriented 
在预测及预算方面有较强的财务能力
5.Ability to trouble-shoot, identify and offer practical solutions challenges face by the department
有能力判别及解决部门内部可能出现的问题
6.Able to handle guest request and feedback in a professional manner 
就部门员工的培训需求进行分析并给出有效的培训计划
7.Good interpersonal and communication skills. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels  
良好的交流沟通能力，具有至少五年国际连锁酒店的相关经验
