工作描述Job Description

1. 全面负责饭店各信息系统的运行管理，努力降低平均无故障时间并缩短故障恢复时间

Overall responsible for the hotel operation and management of information systems, and efforts to reduce the average time to failure and shorten the fault recovery time.

2. 积极倡导办公自动化和电子商务，提高员工工作效率，降低各项成本

To actively advocate for office automation and e-commerce, and improve staff efficiency and reduce the costs.

3. 严格执行总部的各项IT制度和规范，并结合自己的工作实践，提出改进意见

To strictly implement headquarters IT systems, in conjunction with their work practices. Suggest improvements.

4. 每日记录系统维护日志，并上报总部信息部

To make daily record system maintenance log, and reported to the headquarters of the Ministry of information.

5. 积极发掘系统潜能，协助各部门优化业务流程

To actively explore the system potential, and help departments to optimize business processes.

6. 编制和维护酒店IT资产目录，并进行有效管理

To prepare and maintain the hotel IT asset catalog, and manage efficiently

7. 编制年度IT预算，并上报总部信息部审核、备案

To prepare the annual IT budget, and report to the headquarters of the Ministry of Information Audit, for the record.

8. 与各业务部门保持积极有效的沟通，理解和满足其业务需求，给予恰当的技术支持。To maintain positive and effective communication with all business sectors, understand and meet their business needs, and to give appropriate technical support

9. 建立与供应商、外包服务商的良好合作关系，了解最新技术发展趋势，并获得其有力支持。

To establish good cooperative relations with suppliers, outsourcing service providers to understand the latest technology trends, and access to its strong support.

10. 在酒店开业过程中，作为IT总协调人与各相关部门和供应商积极互动，确保酒店IT各系统在开业前就绪。

As a total IT coordinator, actively interact with the relevant departments and suppliers to ensure that hotel IT systems are ready before starting business during the opening period.

任职资格 Qualification

1. 计算机相关专业

Computer related professional

2. 具有计划、组织、沟通、协调、领导能力

Skills of organizing, planning, communication and coordination

3. 熟练运用办公软件及相关管理软件

Skilled in the use of office automation equipment and realated management software

4. 具备优秀的书面和口头表达能力

Excellent written and verbal communication

5. 5年以上国际五星品牌酒店IT工作经验

IT experience of international five-star brand hotel more than 5 years

6. 原则性强，职业化规范度高，具有良好的团队协作精神，出色的人际交往能力，诚实可靠、品行端正

Strong principles, professional management ability, strong team spirit of collaboration, excellent interpersonal skills, honest, reliable, ethical and decent

7. 具有较强的工作责任心和学习能力、良好的团队合作意识

Have a strong sense of responsibility and learning ability

8. 拥有IT领域权威证书者（例如：MCP/MCSE/MCDBA/CCNA/CCNP等等）优先考虑Priority to have the authority of the certificate of the IT field (for example: MCP / the MCSE / MCDBA, / the CCNA / the CCNP, etc.)
