工作描述Job Description

1. 建立、贯彻、监督保证执行人力资源部内部标准及执行程序，协助人力资源经理建立部门内部有效的运作程序。

Creates systems, implements, monitors and ensures all internal HR operational standards and procedures are adhere to. Assists with and carries out the duties of the HR manager in creation an effective and efficient operation of the department.

2. 熟悉并执行南京当地的人力资源的规章制度。

Familiarizes and enforces local HR policies and procedures

3. 协助行政人力资源经理的工作，管理人力资源部，确保所有工作符合公司，地方和酒店的规章制度；符合与员工相关的现行地方和政府规定。

Assists the Human Resource Manager, manages Human Resource Department, ensuring compliance with all Corporate, area and hotel policies and procedures; and current local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices.

4. 根据公司和政府的要求制定并向管理层提交阶段性报告，如员工流动报告，人才储备报告，旷工报告，健康与安全及事故报告等。

Prepares and submits periodic reports for management’s use in accordance with Corporate and government requirements, such as turnover reports, personnel inventories, absenteeism reports, health and safety, accident reports etc.

5. 负责执行酒店的人员招募计划, 根据招聘政策和招聘标准，招聘员工。

Practice hotel recruitment plan according hotel recruitment policy and standard, and recruit new staff.

6. 拓展招聘渠道。

Expand recruitment channel

7. 组织和完成酒店绩效考核计划。

Organize performance appraisal according to hotel planning.

8. 执行酒店福利计划，遵照国家规定，执行酒店政策与所有员工建立劳动关系。Implement hotel benefits plan and hotel C&B policy. Build up employment relations with all associates.

9. 在任何时候严格保守机密。

Maintain strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.

任职资格 Qualification

1. 英文口语及书写流利。

Good command of English both verbal and written.

2. 熟悉人力资源部运作系统及劳动法规。

Familiar with HR operation system and labor laws.

3. 电脑熟练。

Good computer skill.

4. 至少三年相关酒店管理工作经验。At least 3 years hospitality management

experience

5. 良好沟通能力及自我激励。

Good communication skill and self-motivated.

6. 具备良好团队合作精神。

Good team player and corporate attitude.

7. 易于接受新变化及新思维。

Open to change and new ideas.
