工作描述Job Description
1.制定和实施招聘和筛选制度与程序，以便吸引合格人选就任空缺岗位。
Develops and implements recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract qualified candidates for position vacancies.
2.定期分析酒店人工需求，对选拔和发展工作予以建议，从而满足酒店对人力资源要求。Regularly analyses hotel manpower requirements and recommends selection and development activities to meet those requirements.  
3.定期开发新的招聘渠道，以满足招聘需求。
Develop new recruitment channels to meeting recruitment needs.
4.建立各类候选人简历库，以供查询。
Set up talent database to further action.  
5.建立每周招聘及面试报表。
Set up recruitment and interview database.  
6.完成各类报表，包括但不限于月度招聘报告、员工离职分析报告等。 
Complete concerned HR report, including monthly recruitment report, exit interview report etc.
7.负责办理员工的入职及离职。
Responsible for staff check in and check out procedure.
8.定期与培训经理共同组织新员工的沟通会。
Hold new staff communication meeting together with Training Manager on regular basis.
9.用理解，关怀和保密的态度处理员工的个人问题。
Deals with all problems relating to individuals in an understanding, caring and confidential manner
10.在酒店内协助保持和营建积极的环境,从而促进开放式的双向沟通，确保员工的积极性和生产率尽可能达到最高水平。
Assists in maintaining and creating a positive atmosphere within the hotel that allows for open two way communication that ensures morale and productivity reach the highest possible levels.
11.处理其他来自内部和外部的工作要求。
Respond to requests for information from internal and external sources.

任职资格 Qualification
1.拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
2.具有本地人力和雇佣法的知识。
Knowledge of Local Labor and Employment Regulations.
3.精通微软办公软件。
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
4.具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力
Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
5.良好的写作技能及英文口语及书写能力
Good writing skills and good command of English both verbal and written.
6.至少三年相关工作经验。
At least 3 years' similar working experience
7.良好沟通能力、自我激励。
Good communication skill and self-motivated.
8.具备良好团队合作精神。
Good team player and corporate attitude.
9.易于接受新变化及新思维。
Open to change and new ideas.
