工作描述Job Description

1. 负责前厅部各岗位的运行工作包括: 宾客服务,前台, 礼宾部,行政酒廊和宾客服务中心

To be responsible for the overall daily and ongoing operation of the Front Office department and it’s units: Guest Service, Front Desk, Concierge, Executive Floor, Guest Service Center.

2. 制定和完成部门预期目标。

Maintain departmental goals.

3. 负责制定和实施提高部门运作效率和对客服务质量的策略。

Develop and implement programs designed to improve the efficiency of the operation and which improve the   service to our guests. 

4. 遵守部门预算,时刻注意常额人员编制和成本控制。

Be able to work according to budget, keep constant eye on staffing level and control costs.

5. 为部门的运作表现制定标准。

Develop performance standards for operations in the department.

6. 负责部门运作规划与报告以确保提高強项、克服弱点,从而寻找更大的机会。建立系统监督以便达到部门的目标。 

Manage the development of department operating plans and reports in order to improve strengths, overcome weaknesses and capture opportunities. Set up Systems to monitor achievement of departmental goals and objectives.  

7. 制订部门战略规划与发展 

Manage department strategic planning and development.

8. 负责制定、更新和实施标准操作程序和当地标准操作程序。

Ensure that SOP's and LSOP's are available, current and in effect.

9.负责前厅运作的合理高效及盈利。

Be responsible for the proper, efficient and profitable functioning of the Front Office.

10.明确前厅员工的岗位和责任,确保工作流程合理。

Clarifies duties and responsibilities of Front Office personnel and ensures that work flows are in logical order.

11. 在维持高标准服务水平前提下尽量提高客房出租率、客房收益、平均房价。 

Maximize occupancy, revenue and average rate while maintaining high service standards.

12. 与财务部门建立紧密联系,确保信用政策正确合适地执行。

Liaise closely with Finance Department to ensure that credit procedures are properly carried out.    

                 

任职资格 Qualification

1.    掌握前厅部工作知识并且十分熟悉前厅部日常运行

Good knowledge and very familiar with all front office area operation.

2.    熟练掌握相关公司计划

Good knowledge of corporate program

3.    熟练运用PMS,钥匙卡系统和电话系统的知识,掌握各项功能

Good knowledge of PMS (Opera), key card system and PABX system.

4.    良好的财务知识,熟悉相关信用政策

Good knowledge of finance and credit policy.

5.    良好的英语能力

Good English language skill.

6.    良好的管理技能

Good supervisory skill.

7.    良好的沟通技巧

Good communication skill.

8.    良好的组织以及解决问题的能力

Be good at organize and problem solving.

9.    至少三年五星级酒店前厅经理或副经理的运作经验

Minimum 3 years 5 start hotel working experience required in front office operation in FOM / AFOM position

10.  熟练运用OPERA 和 WINDOWS OFFICE 系统。

Skillful use Opera and Windows Office.
