岗位职责：

1. 负责酒店经营管理，带领团队完成各项经营目标；

2. 编制经营规划，制定营销策略,组织实施；
3. 优化制度和服务规程，贯彻落实，促进管理绩效提升；
4. 分析财务报表，完成各项财务预算指标；

5. 优化服务品质标准，打造一流服务口碑；
6. 基于酒店定位，打造奢华品牌形象；

7. 打造优秀管理团队，增强团队凝聚力。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，相关管理专业；

2. 高端酒店工作15年以上，6年以上国际品牌联号酒店管理经验；

3. 至少有2家及以上国际品牌酒店总经理任职经历；

4. 熟悉酒店各部门服务及管理流程，市场营销管理背景优先；

5. 善于管理和经营团队，事业心强，有品牌意识；

6. 具有较强的领导能力和组织协调能力；

7. 具有敬业精神，正直、公正、廉洁自律；

8. 有英语口语沟通及英文报表阅读能力。
