岗位职责:
1.履行入住、退房和换房手续,并确保所有资料都按照预订情况完整的输入酒店电脑系统。
2.维护顾客档案和信息,确保预订的有效性和准确性,全面了解标准的预订工作程序。
3.接受并处理客人投诉,及时反馈给部门领导。
4.完成上级交代的任务。
任职资格:
1.大专学历及以上学历
2.性格开朗、头脑灵活、具有较强的服务意识。
3.拥有拥有1年宾客服务部工作经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景者优先考虑。
