岗位职责:
1.督促管理当值期间前台接待工作,确保提供优质高效的服务。
2.管理前台,用敏锐的判断力和决断力对当值期间的突发状况予以迅速解决。
3.在当班期间监督前厅部运营情况,包括:维护客户信息、维护当地活动的信息 、统计入住情况、协助解决严重投诉问题等情况。
4.当班期间监督收银活动,包括:现金处理和银行业务程序、准备财务报告、对收银系统实施监管等活动。
任职资格:
1.具有较强的人际交往能力,擅长于处理宾客关系,能有效快速的应对处理各种问题。
2.能快速有效的运用电脑操作系统,熟悉前厅部工作的各个环节和程序。
3.具有解决问题和组织能力。
4.一至两年相关工作经验者优先。
