OBJECTIVE:

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Talent & Culture, the Personnel Officer is in charge of Ambassador wages, Ambassador benefits and other personnel issues. Assist Personnel Manager in recruitment. He/she will help to promote Ambassador satisfaction and ensure compliance with local and federal employment and labour laws, and maintains the highest level of standards in the luxury environment.
在人才与文化总监的统一领导下,人事主管负责大使薪资、福利及其他人事部各项事务,协助人事经理进行人员招聘,协助促进大使的满意度,确保遵守地方雇佣和劳动法,达到在豪华环境里的最高满意度。
MAIN DUTIES:
主要职责:
Take responsibility in areas of Ambassador monthly attendance related and benefits report.
负责制作大使每月考勤相关报表、福利报表。
Manage and update Ambassador personnel file, monthly Ambassador attendance, social insurance and house fund. etc. records.
管理和更新大使的档案、每月考勤、社会保险、公积金造册。
Maintain the HR computer system.
人事系统的维护。
Monitor HR computer system running properly and update Ambassador information on time in order to ensure the Ambassador monthly attendance report is correct.
监控电脑人事系统的运作正常及更新及时以确保每月大使考勤报表的准确性、及时性。
Prepare and submit periodic personnel reports such as the notices for Ambassador probation complete, labour contract renew, promotion and monthly Ambassador leave summary etc.
定期准备并上交人事报表、表单、信函,如:大使试用期转正通知、合同续签通知、大使晋升祝贺信函、大使晋升确认函、每月大使假期统计表等。
Follow up Personnel Action Form for Ambassadors.
跟进大使人事变动事宜。
关注酒店的大使福利和补助情况,如有变化,向人事经理汇报。
Ensure Ambassador from other cities have temporarily resident certificate and update on time.
Ensure the salary and wages issue for resignation Ambassador and manage the resignation Ambassador personal file.
确保离职大使的薪资发放及离职人员档案管理。
Counsel Ambassador salary and wages related questions and other personnel requirement.
对酒店大使进行薪资等相关问题及其他人事咨询。
Organize and conduct Ambassador activities and publicizing..
组织举办大使活动并做好宣传工作。
Coordinates functions and activities with other departments.
协调与其他部门的工作和活动。
Inspect regularly staff restaurant, locker rooms and other staff facilities to ensure they are well operated and maintained.
定时检查员工餐厅、更衣室、更衣柜以及其它设施,并保证这些设施受到妥善维护和合理使用。
