1. College degree or above, with priority given to management majors such as hotel management, tourism management, English, international trade, business management, etc;
2. Good service awareness.

job content 工作内容：
1. Responsible for transferring calls from guests and internal employees to relevant departments;
2. Responsible for answering guest inquiry calls;
3. Responsible for maintaining hotel related systems and entering relevant information;
4. Handle daily affairs for guests, including wake-up call services, warm reminder services, etc;
5. Other matters assigned by the leader.
1. 负责转接宾客及内部员工来电致相关部门；
2. 负责接听宾客咨询电话；
3. 负责酒店相关系统维护，录入相关信息；
4. 处理宾客日常事务：包括电话叫醒服务、温馨提醒服务等；
5. 领导交代的其他事情。
