Duties And Responsibilities 职责和任务
1.Under the direct supervision of Chief Concierge, the Concierge provides assistance to guests in terms of concierge, luggage, valet, airport /train station and door services.
在礼宾主管的管理下，礼宾员提供帮助客人收送行李，代客泊车，送车送机及拉门服务。
2.The position is responsible for providing complete and accurate information in response to internal and external queries and assists in creating a favorable public image as part of the service.
对酒店内外的问询负责提供全面准确的信息，协助建立良好的服务形象。
3.Inspects the Concierge area and nearby lobby area, ensuring that the cleanliness and orderliness are up to standard.
检查大堂礼宾台区域，确保卫生整洁有序，符合规范。 
4.Closely coordinates with The Royale Touch in message handling and delivery, ensuring appropriate tracers / records are updated.
与服务中心密切协作，处理递送留言确保跟踪报表和记录及时更新。
5.Provides guests with needed information and assistance on a wide variety of topics and services, which may include but is not limited to the following:
为客人提供信息，并为下列服务提供帮助。
6.Openly coordinates with other departments to ensure customer needs are attended to.
与其他部门协调，确保照顾客人需求。
7.Maintains open lines of communication with other departments to ensure smooth handovers at all times.
与其他部门保持沟通，确保顺利交接工作。
8.Familiar with hotel policies, procedures, services and promotions.
熟悉产品知识，程序，服务与促销活动。
9.Ensures that all associates are aware of Lost and Found procedures, at all times.
10.Possesses full knowledge of emergency procedures
了解紧急事件处理流程的知识。
11.Ensures that all associates are aware of emergency procedures at all times.
确保部门员工了解紧急情况处理流程。
12.Attends scheduled employee training and periodic reviews on departmental responsibilities in case of emergencies.
参加计划内员工培训课程，定期回顾在紧急事件中部门应承担的责任。

Job Specification 工作要求
1. College degree or above.
大专及以上学历。
2. Have the working experience in the concierge department, or the background that is equivalent to this education and relevant working experience.
拥有礼宾部工作经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
3. Excellent communication skills.
出色的沟通技巧。
4. Have a strong sense of service and professional skills.
具备较强的服务意识和专业技能。
