岗位职责：

确保员工个人卫生，做好关键点控制。

监控交货与存货流程，遵守食品存货周转规范。

监督食品制备程序，与餐饮总监/总管事定期巡视酒店。

确保正确使用各类清洁产品。

确保所有员工都参加食品安全培训。

做好各类食品检查清单及月度报告。

任职要求：

充分了解本地的卫生法律和法规。
详细了解危害分析与关键控制点（HACCP）和食品安全管理体系。

良好的实际运营工作经验和充足的行政管理技能。

优秀的中英文表达能力。

有通过集团检查并且获得相关证书者优先。
