岗位职责
1.执行西餐厅主管的工作指令，并向其报告工作。
2.坚持让客人完全满意的服务宗旨，带领员工按西餐服务程序和质量要求做好接待服务。
3.负责餐厅物料用品的领用、发放及耗损的记帐报帐工作。
4.带领全体员工做好西餐服务工作。
5.记录宾客意见反馈及投诉，定时向西餐主管汇报。
6.掌握西餐菜式品种及简单制作方式。
7.做好班组交接工作，并做好记录。
8.了解各国风俗习惯及生活忌讳。
9.每日检查西餐厅的卫生及摆台状况。
10.关心全体员工生活，抓好班组文明建设。
岗位要求
1.具有一年以上五星级酒店餐饮服务工作经验；
2.思维敏捷，能够独立完成上级交待的工作
语言能力：英语-一般年龄要求：20-30岁
