1.工作时保持正确的仪表仪容，及规范的举止行为。
2.依照行李服务流程和要求，为抵/离客人做好行李运送服务。
3.对团队行李应严格按程序进行装卸、收取与运送，认真填写各种行李单。
4.受理客人临时寄存保管的行李并作好存取记录；完成客人委托代办事项(如邮件、购物等等)。
5.按照服务流程驾驶电瓶车迎送客人。
6.准确回答客人的询问，主动做好服务工作；熟悉酒店各种服务项目和营业时间，向客人介绍酒店的各项服务及客房设施等。
7.服从上级的其他工作安排。
