Responsibility 主要职责:

1.Pre-pare all HACCP documentation and record in individual kitchen
确保所有食品安全管理的文件盒记录表，并且放置在各个厨房
2.At Least 2 times hygiene training/month
每月至少两次卫生培训
3.To assit the Sous Chef in whole section organization with proper Food and hygiene handling

5.Build up HACCP committee

6.Chair the HACCP meeting once a month
每月至少召开一次食品安全管理会议
7.Site inspection once a month with all department in charge with proper record and follow up points
每月至少一次酒店食品安全监察，与部门负责人一同巡视，做好缺陷记录和跟进要求
8.To ensure all operating equipments are in good condition

9.Follow up with individual department HACCP action plan and ensure all necessary action take in place
