【岗位职责】
1、全面负责礼宾部的日常运营与管理，确保礼宾服务符合酒店标准及宾客需求。
2、督导礼宾团队（包括门童、行李员等）的工作表现，提供专业培训与指导，提升服务质量。
3、协调前台、客房部等其他部门，确保宾客抵离、行李寄存、交通安排等流程高效顺畅。
4、处理宾客特殊需求及投诉，及时解决问题并反馈至相关部门，维护酒店声誉。
5、管理礼宾部物资（如行李车、雨伞等）的库存及维护，确保设备完好可用。
6、制定并优化礼宾服务标准与流程，定期提交运营报告及改进建议。
7、协助大型活动或VIP接待的礼宾服务策划与执行。
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。
2、3年以上五星级酒店礼宾部工作经验，其中至少1年团队管理经验。
3、精通礼宾服务流程及标准，熟悉本地交通、旅游、商务资源。
4、优秀的沟通协调能力，能熟练使用英语进行工作交流。
5、具备较强的突发事件处理能力及客户导向意识，抗压能力强。
6、熟练操作酒店管理系统（如Opera）及办公软件。
7、形象端正，举止得体，具备职业服务素养。
