Job Responsibility

工作主要职责:

1.Knowledge of Food/Beverage/service, strong Chinese Restaurant working experience
具备有关指定部门的食品/酒水/服务方面的所有知识，最重要有很强的中餐厅工作经验。
2.Ensure to explain to TMs about group’s and hotel’s standards and policies and ensure all these standards and policies are properly implemented.
确保向员工说明集团总部和饭店的各项标准及规定，并保证这些标准和规定的正确实施。
3.Monitor and ensure the department’s smooth operation
监督并确保本部门的顺利运营
4.Keep collecting guests’ feedbacks/comments and ensure we exceed guests expectation.
在运营中不断地收集客人的反馈意见，以确保令客人喜出望外。
5.Timely feedback to chefs and outlet managers and attend the communication meeting with the chefs
将客人的意见及时反馈给厨师长和餐厅经理，并参加和厨师长的沟通会。
6.Keep collecting guests materials and input into guests history files.
在运营中不断地收集客人的资料并在每天输入客史档案。
7.VIP reception, meet with VIP personally, inform GM or Director of Ops when needed.
做好VIP接待，亲自迎送；必要时通知总经理和副总经理。
8.Properly and skilfully handle guests’ verbal complaints
正确并且有技巧地处理客人的口头投诉。
9.Ensure effective communications with other departments.
确保指定部门内部及其与其它大部门之间的有效交流。
10.Attend the F&B department and other departments meetings when required.
按要求组织/参加餐饮大部及各部门会议。
11.Ensure all the materials, equipment are properly operated, regularly maintained and extend its life-span
确保所有的材料、设备和机器的正确操作，定期清洗，以延长使用寿命。
12.Ensure the departmental general maintenance and tracking on the maintenance.
确保指定部门的总体维修保养，跟踪工程部的总体维修情况。
13.To give improvement suggestions to concerned departments.
就指定部门的各个方面提出改进建议。

14.Collaborate with designated chefs, to establish promotion/menu/TM training proposal
与指定部门的厨师长协作，制定促销/菜单计划/员工培训的方案（根据具体情况）

15.Assist the manager to analyze guests category and their consumption potentials and make targeted sales strategies. 协助营业经理分析客户种类及其消费潜力，并做针对性销售政策。

16.Monthly submission of the TM attendance and training schedule. 每月提交员工考勤表/培训日程。

17.Lead department TMs to achieve the targets. 带领部门员工努力完成预算目标。

18.Implement correct and effective measures, to control the costs, expenses and labor costs.实施正确而有效的衡量措施，以改进对成本/开支/劳动力的控制。

19.Saving of the food, beverage, paper, electricity and water etc… 注重食品、酒水、纸张、电、水等方面的节约（可以循环使用的，要循环使用） 20.Fully understand competitors activities, seek for related approaches (through analysis and regular survey on the competitors) 对直接竞争对手的活动了如指掌，寻求应对措施（通过分析和对竞争对手的定期调查）。 21.Timely update the new products and new tech, to keep improving the operation 及时更新市场上已有的新品种和新技术，力求不断完善相关的运营。 22.Establish department targets and business strategies, monitor, execute, control and improve. 制定部门目标和生意策略，监督、执行及控制，改进。*know local market in Zhuzhou.
