岗位职责：

1、协助市场销售总监制定酒店的发展战略，销售战略，制定并组织实施完整的销售计划，领导团队将计划转变为销售结果；

2、开拓酒店业务，与客户、同行业间建立良好的合作关系；

3、组织部门开发多种销售手段，完成销售计划及回款任务；

4、销售团队建设，帮助建立、补充、发展、培养销售队伍

5、进行客户分析，挖掘用户需求，开发新的客户和新的市场领域。

任职资格：

1、28－40岁，大专以上学历，有良好的职业操守，品行优秀，综合素质高；

2、多年湖州或长兴酒店销售经验，了解当地市场；

3、具有三年以上市场营销或管理工作经验；

4、文字能力强，表达能力强；

5、具有较强的市场开拓与销售技能；

6、具备优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神，组建和培训团队经验丰富，既往销售业绩良好；

7、具备较强的时间管理能力和工作管理能力；

8、有很好的人际资源。
