·        Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers
·        礼貌用语，亲切对待顾客和员工
·        Provides direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Chef de Parties, Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards
·        指导厨房的帮手，包括咸厨师主管、厨工、厨师、厨房服务员和管事
·        Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information
·        与上级交流遇到困难、顾客或员工的意见和其他相关信息 
·        Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
·        和员工建立和保持积极的工作关系
·        Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
·        参加日常例会和安排其他的会议
·        Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled
·        参加安排的培训
·        Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service
·        提前准备好服务用的食品、酒水、材料和设施
·        Cleans and re-sets his/her working area

·        Implements the hotel and department regulations, policies and procedures including but not limited to:

·        Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
