岗位职责/职位描述
1.疏导过往车辆，保障大堂门前过往车辆行人的安全，使门前畅通无阻。
2.服务周到热情，见宾客主动问好，对乘车宾客要协助迎宾员照料宾客下车。
3.保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全。
4.保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆有序出入停放。
5.加强巡逻，发现可疑情况，视情况处理或及时向上级报告。
6.一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理，并及时请示汇报。
7.一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告。
岗位要求
1.具有消防证，具有高中/中专以上文化程度，退伍军人或有消防证者优先。
2.处理事情要迅速，果断、准确。
3.具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。
语言能力：中国普通话-良好计算机能力：良好年龄要求：20-35岁
