岗位职责：
1、制定、执行并全面监管行动计划确保达到预计的收益计划，使酒店的所有收益最大化。
2、领导由所有创收部门参与的跨部门决策工作，这些部门包括市场销售部、客房部、餐饮部。
3、了解竞争酒店各部门的收入，掌握当地市场的动态市场需求，对酒店相关制定价格和市场组合策略提出具有建设性的建议。4、组织收益会议，并做收益报告、分析及展示主要生意的实际收入和趋势。
岗位要求：
1、专科以上学历；
2、具有两年以上同岗位工作经验；
3、良好的英文沟通及书写能力
语言能力：中国普通话-熟练计算机能力：熟练年龄要求：23-55岁
