【岗位职责】
1.协助工程总监处理酒店各项工程问题，保证酒店设施不断完善，始终处于正常、完好状态。
2.负责酒店的节支运行、保证酒店的节能、节支。
3.根据营业情况和气候及市场能源价格情况，提出节能运行的计划。
4.协助工程总监管理酒店所有设施设备的维护保养工作，包括电力系统、空调系统、给排水系统、消防系统等。5.建立完善的设备巡检制度，定期检查各类设备运行状况，确保设施设备安全高效运转。
6.协助工程总监负责工程部团队培训、考核及日常工作。
【岗位要求】
1.中专及以上学历。
2.具备3年以上同岗位工作经验。
3.掌握机电工程设计基础知识、熟悉暖通、空调、给排水设备、电梯等的使用和维护管理。
