· Assist with conducting Training Needs Analysis for management and supervisory staff to identify and determine training needs.

· Obtains structured feedback from participants at the end of sessions.

· Holds discussion with Department Heads and Supervisors on how to implement skills acquired during the training.

· Assesses impact of skills training through monitoring guest feedback analysis.

· Conducts generic training programs such as Orientation, Hygiene and Grooming, Telephone Courtesy, and basic customer service programs.

· Assists with organizing staff activities such as Trainers Club, Skills Competition, and Staff Party.
