岗位职责：
1.对游泳场所的安全进行检查，排除安全隐患；
2.对游泳者的安全进行有效的观察和防护；
3.对溺水者进行现场赴救；
4.对游泳运动中常见的运动损伤进行初步应急处理；
5.在医务人员到来之前，对溺水者进行现场急救；
6.现场人工呼吸和心肺苏岗位要求：
1.形象良好，口齿清晰，普通话良好；
2.熟悉泳池管理，有救生员资格证；
3.掌握游泳和救生急救技术，了解游泳卫生消毒知识；
4.具备水中急救和陆地人工救护能力；
5.身体健康，能吃苦耐劳，有强烈的责任心及服务理念；6.能按服务工作规范质量标准独立进行工作。
7.要持有救生证。
语言能力：英语-较差 中国普通话-熟练年龄要求：22-35岁
