职位描述

1、Under thedirection of the General Manager must ensure all Sales and Marketing team allactivity go smoothly and lead team improve sales skill and strive together toachieve the forecast and target.
在总经理的指导下，确保市场销售部团队所有工作得以顺利进行，领导整个团队提高各方面销售技巧，努力到达预期的结果。
2、Procures new and repeat business for thehotel by monitoring contact with airlines, travel agencies, commercial houses,private clubs and professional associations within local, domestic andinternational markets.
通过不间断地与国内外航空公司、旅行社、公司企业、私人俱乐部赢取回头客同时不断来发展新客源。
3、Produces the Annual Revenue Plan inconjunction with Executive Committee, Sales and Marketing Budgets and forecasts.
根据市场销售的预算及预计制定全年的收益计划。
4、Produces, implements and monitors actionplans to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved.
制定、执行并全面监管行动计划确保达到预计的收益计划。
