Produces the Food and Beverage Annual Revenue Plan in conjunction with Executive Committee, Food and Beverage Budgets and forecasts

· 制定、执行并全面监管行动计划确保达到预计的收益计划。

Produces, implements and monitors action plans to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved

· 通过下以方式来提高和达到最大的产量

Creates and implements special programmers to achieve greater productivity through:

·淡季期间力争提高生意产量

Increasing business volume during difficult periods

·提高当地餐饮销售

Increasing local food and beverage banqueting sales

·运营和行销

Merchandising and Marketing

·支持各分部经理

Support and motivate all the section head

· 进行市场调查指导

Provides direction on and conducts market research

· 了解掌握竞争对手的动向

Monitors competitor activities

· 对于主要市场安排有效的销售拜访

Plans and executes sales trips to major market areas

· 借助主要旅游市场来提高酒店的知名度

Attends major travel functions to promote sales for the hotel

· 完成每月月销售报表和月预测，并实现每日的任务指标。

Produces monthly Sales reports and forecasts

· 接见主要大型会议或团队的组织者，并对大会进行跟踪服务，确保客人满意

Meets with guests from major producers/organizers of big events staying in the hotel to ensure customer satisfaction. Reach the BBQ sales task

Establishes and continuously updates mailing lists
