·         Manage the receival and storage of kitchen goods
·         管理和储存厨房所用货品
·         Oversees the cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment
·         检查、清洁和储存厨房设备
·         Oversee the removal of waste
·         检查垃圾的清理
·         Maintains high levels of personal hygiene for self and enforces hygiene standards for team 
·         按照卫生标准保持个人和团队，厨房卫生


·         Controls and analyzes, on an on-going basis, the level of the following:
·         控制与分析以下各项：
o    Costs成本
o    Breakage破损
o    Quality of support provided to other sections质量供应
o    Hotel Associates satisfaction酒店员工满意度
·         Establishes and maintains effective employee and inter-departmental working relationships
·         建立和维持员工与部门之间良好的工作系
·         Develops training material in accordance with hotel and the local hygiene guidelines and implements training plans for the Stewarding employees and canteen chefs. 
·         根据华宇集团和当地卫生指导方针发展培训计划，培训材料，为管事部员工和餐厅厨师进行培训
·         Determines the minimum and maximum stocks and controls the par-stocks of all material and equipment
·         管量仓库的最小和最大存储量，控制设备和材料
·         Conducts inventories in coordination with employees of the accounting division
·         定期配合财务部盘点
·         Liaise with employees of the Engineering Division to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs 
·         与工程部联系定期维修和检查设备的时间表
·         Effectively manage the Staff Canteen by ensuring the following:
·         有效地管理员工餐厅：
o    Oversee the Implementation of standards as detailed in the departmental standards and procedures manual
o    监督员工要按照部门和程序手册要求的标准执行各项操作

o    Adhere to opening and closing procedures
o    遵守开档和关档程序
o    Conduct effective shift briefings ensuring all staff are aware daily specialsetc
o    每日有效的例会，引导确定所有的员工知道每日特殊事件等等
o    Encourage and motivate staff to provide optimum service during all shifts
o    鼓励员工在每个班次期间都要给酒店同事用餐提供最适宜的服务
·         Manage special event concepts
·         处理特别的事件
·         Up-sell property facilities
·         财产设备

·         Liaise with F&Bmanager and chef during tender process to obtain comments and feed back.
·         经常和餐饮经理及厨师长保持沟通，从而获得及时的反馈与好的建议。
·         Manage wage and canteen cost 
·         管理薪水和员工餐的成本
·         Stock control
·         进货控制
