· Establishes and maintains effective employee and inter-departmental working relationships

· Develops training material in accordance with hotel and the local hygiene guidelines and implements training plans for the Stewarding employees and canteen chefs.

· Determines the minimum and maximum stocks and controls the par-stocks of all material and equipment
· 管量仓库的最小和最大存储量,控制设备和材料
· Conducts inventories in coordination with employees of the accounting division

· Liaise with employees of the Engineering Division to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs

· Effectively manage the Staff Canteen by ensuring the following:

o Oversee the Implementation of standards as detailed in the departmental standards and procedures manual

o Adhere to opening and closing procedureso 遵守开档和关档程序
o Conduct effective shift briefings ensuring all staff are aware daily specialsetc
o 每日有效的例会,引导确定所有的员工知道每日特殊事件等等
o Encourage and motivate staff to provide optimum service during all shifts
o 鼓励员工在每个班次期间都要给酒店同事用餐提供最适宜的服务
· Manage special event concepts

· Up-sell property facilities

· Liaise with F&Bmanager and chef during tender process to obtain comments and feed back.· 经常和餐饮经理及厨师长保持沟通,从而获得及时的反馈与好的建议。
