调查处理来自客人，来访者及酒店员工的各种有关事件，包括偷窃，意外事故，人身伤害，财产损失，

To handle investigation and report all claims regarding thefts, accidents, injury, property
damage, vandalism and trespassing from either guests, visitors or hotel personnel with the assistance of local police if necessary.

To develop and establish crowd control methods for the property when exhibitions, functions or any other similar activity is taking place on the property

记录和严格控制酒店所有钥匙，如发生任何异常情况应立即报告保安部经理。
To record and strictly control the issuing of all master keys within the hotel and to report any discrepancy immediately to Security Manager.

检查每日工作进度表，并对保安员轮流值班，巡逻等工作进行分配。
To oversee the preparation of daily work schedules and issue / post / patrol assignments to Security Officers for the duration of their shift.

将酒店内、周边的未列入巡逻区域的客人楼层，公共区域，餐厅，办公室等区域，作为重点列入警卫手册。
To co-ordinate ongoing “non patterned” patrols of guest floors, public areas, outlets, offices and all other areas within – and around the property as specified in the Security Operations Manual.

检查所有保安员提供的工作报告，确保其信息完整准确并跟进。
To review all reports prepared by Security Officers to ensure complete information, relevance, accuracy and follow-up points.
