负责准确、及时地收货，并严格记录酒店接受的所有货物和服务。

Responsible for the accurate, timely receipt and strict accountability of all goods an services received by the hotel.

确保及时办理运输商清关手续、入关物品的报关手续及其他能够确保进口物品迅速送至酒店的手续。

Ensure the timely clearance of all freight from forwarders, customs clearance of inbound freight, and other activities required to ensure prompt delivery of imported materials to the hotel.

确保对所有包括本埠及进口物料在内的收货工作都有正确记录。

Ensure proper documentation of all receiving activities, including local and imported materials.

确保按照酒店的政策及流程进行每月的盘点。

Ensures monthly inventory counts are being carrie out as per the Hotel policies and procedures.

确保所有货品储存在温度适合的指定区域及货架上。

Ensures all items are stored in the righ temperature and designated sections/ racks.

确保发放给使用部门的物品在保质期内。

Ensures NO expired items are being issued to the user department.

严格遵守酒店有关发放物品及货物的所有政策。

Strictly adheres to all policies with regard to the issuing of items/ goods in the Hotel.

确保库存的所有物品正确记录在库存物品盘存记录上。

Ensures all items in the store are accurately recorded in the store inventory.

与采购员密切合作，确保从供货商或承包商处收到的所有货品都能符合酒店的需求和规格。

Works closely with the Purchasing Clerk to ensure all items received from the suppliers or contractors meet the Hotel’ requirements and specifications.
