工作职责：Issues supplies to houseman.发放备品给客房男服务员Receive houseman assignments from assistant executive housekeeper.从助理管家处接收给客房男服务员的任务分配。Attend daily briefing and receives special instructions.参加每日例会，接收每日特别指示。Check and inspect the work done by the previous shift.检查上一个班次的工作人员的工作。Check and inspect all restaurants and public toilets.检查所有餐厅和公共区域的洗手间。Responsible for thorough cleaning of all rest rooms, offices, main entrance of the hotel, glasses, guest elevators, counters and desks, banquet halls and function rooms, back of the house and corridors.负责洗手间，办公室，酒店正门，客梯，柜台，宴会厅，会议厅，后台和走廊的大清洁。Receives special requests from guests or management and carries them out.接收顾客或者管理层的特殊指示并且加以实施。Supervises and inspects areas cleaned using check list to see that cleaning is adequate, supplies in rest rooms are standards and need for immediate repair, if reported.使用核对表监督和检查已作的清洁是否合适，洗手间备品达标，以及维修状况。Make maintenance report for items in need of repair and follow up to make sure work is completed satisfactorily.为需维修设施做保养报告，并且跟进维修工作确保维修工作的质量。Files out report and turn in articles found in to lost and found section.对遗失物负责Supervises cleaning of guest rooms, corridor and staircases pantries store, trolleys, equipment and caddies, if reliving the floor supervisor.监督客房，走廊，楼梯，工作间，工作车，设备以及各种清洁篮的清洁。Train and assist Public area attendants, advises Assistant Executive Housekeeper, if performance is not satisfactory.培训以及协助公共区域服务员。如果表现令人不满意，告知助理行政管家Supervises special cleaning.监督特殊清洁任务。Assists with inventory.协助盘点。Check and orders supplies for designated areas.为制定区域检查和定制备品。Report suspicious persons or action.将可疑的人物或者时间报告给上级。To follow up special cleaning schedule and maintain record.跟进特殊清洁任务进程，做维护报告。Carries out other duties assigned by the management.实施管理层下派的其他任务。Provide on the job training to all houseman.对楼层男服务员提供专业培训。任职资格：Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。Good writing skills具有良好写作技能Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 熟练使用微软办公软件Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力Strong Leadership skills in managing teams在管理队伍中有很强的领导技能4 years housekeeping / laundry experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience. 最好拥有在相似规模酒店4年客房或洗衣房工作经验，包括的管理经验。 Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation经验类型和程度的要求可能因运营规模和复杂性而略有不同。
