礼宾部主管 /行政楼层主管/前台接待主管
Duties and Responsibilities: 
Serving guests at the Concige /Horizon/ Front Desk  while providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner by following Shangri-La Hospitality.

Requirement: 
1.At least 2 years as Guest Service Team Leader in international class hotel.
2.Oral and written fluency in English
3. Sense of responsibility.
4.Neat and pleasant appearance
