JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
岗位职责
· Responsible for revenue generation from received leads in the Event & Group field.
负责通过收到的宴会及团队的销售线索/销售机会为宴会及统筹销售领域创造收益。
· Develop an Event & Group forecast in coordination with the Director of Revenue Management/ Revenue Manager.
与收益管理总监/收益经理合作,开展宴会及团队预测。
· Responsible for Development (or improvement) & active conversion of an effective Event & Group Sales Strategy.
负责开发(或改进)&积极转换有效的宴会及团队销售策略。
· Recognize need periods and actively find possible solutions in coordination with the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Director of Sales and the Field Sales Team.
配合市场销售总监、销售总监和区域销售团队的工作,识别需求时期,积极寻找可能的解决方案。
· Reach (and possibly surpass) the monthly and yearly revenue goals.
达到 (并可能超过) 每月及每年的收入目标。
· Set and regularly review goals for the Groups & Events Sales team and its individual team members.
设立和定期审视宴会及统筹销售以及团队成员的个人目标。
· Leadership, training, development, encouragement and support of the Groups & Events Sales Team.
领导、培训、发展、鼓励和支持宴会及统筹销售团队。
· Responsible for the training and incorporating of new team members (and trainees).
负责培训和纳入的新团队成员 (学员)。
· Performance Control for the subordinate team members.
对下属团队成员进行绩效控制。
· Analysis and utilization of the Mystery Shopper program.
分析和利用“神秘顾客项目”(Mystery Shopper program)
· Supervise regular Competition Checks.
定期指导竞争检查。
· Encourage cross-selling to other hotels within the Kempinski Group (and GHA).
鼓励与凯宾斯基集团下的其他酒店进行交叉销售
· Implemention of regular departmental meetings to ensure inter departmental communication.
定期举行部门会议,确保部门的内部沟通
· Secure a proper communication of all Event & Group details to the Event Managers and Groups & Events Coordinators.
确保将修改的业务及所有相关信息适当的移交给宴会经理/宴会统筹协调员
· Monitor the Opera S&C System and ensure the system is set up properly to guarantee internal efficiency, customer satisfaction, hence maximizing revenue performances.
监控Opera S&C系统得到合理的设置,确保优化内部效率、顾客满意度、达到收益的最大化
· Review F&B menus, meeting services, etc. and the according pricing structure for the Event area in conjunction with the F&B Manager & the Executive Chef.
结合餐饮部经理和行政总厨,根据定价结构一同审核餐饮菜单、会议服务等
· Direct receipt, qualification and coordination of event & group requests (incl. leads, RFPs, etc.) defined by the Director of Sales & Marketing. Handle requests according to the relevant standards within a maximum of 8 (business) hours of its receipt.
依照市场销售总监所定义的,直接接收、确认和协调宴会及统筹部请求(包括销售机会、需求计划REPs等)。请求应在不超过8小时之内依据相关标准进行处理
· Apply sales techniques to ensure the business, realize and take up sales possibilities. Ensure the ideal and most effective utilization of the function rooms.
运用销售技巧来锁定业务,实现和利用的销售可能性。确保最合理、最有效地利用多功能厅
· Carry out site inspections with potential MICE clients in coordination with the Field Sales department.
配合场地销售部,与潜在的会展客户开展现场检查
· Realize upsell possibilities to meet and surpass Group & Event budget goals.
实现增销的可能性来满足和超越宴会及团队销售目标
· Thoroughly input, supervise and maintain the requests in the Opera S&C System according to the data input standards.
根据数据输入标准,仔细彻底的输入、管理和维护Opera S&C系统的请求
· Follow up on sent out proposals within 24 hours (1 working day) to ensure the client has received the information and to clarify possible questions and issues.
对在24小时内(1个工作日)发出的建议书进行跟进,以确保客户已收到信息和对已阐明可能出现的问题和疑问。
· Handle the enquiries until conversion to definite bookings including negotiation, contracting, and site inspection before handing over to the Event Manager (or to the Group & Event Coordinator).
在递交给宴会经理(或宴会和团队协调员)之前,处理询价直至转为明确的订单,包括谈判、签订合同、和现场检查
· Ensure a proper handover of the converted business to the Event Manager / Group & Event Coordinator with all relevant information forwarded.

· Introduction of the Groups & Events Manager / Groups & Events Coordinator to the client.

· Regular competition checks.

· Review monthly results and forecasts to recommend and execute activities required to ensure the hotel increases the market share and maximizes its revenue.

· Proper maintenance of LOS/CAN and UNC business.

· Further administrative tasks and other possible assigned duties.
