JD 岗位职责:
Assist director of S&M to achieve hotel’s overall sales objectives.
协助市场销售总监实现酒店的整体销售目标。
Develops strategies for forecasting and analyzing sales needs and developing effective
product responses, delivery systems and methods of measuring and evaluating results.
为预测和分析开发新的销售战略,分析销售需求,开发有效地产品,并通过系统的方法
来评估结果。
Develops new and/or improved products to improve the competitiveness and maximize
profitability; promotes marketing awareness and clearly communicates the marketing objectives to support the achievement of plans and sales goals.
开发新的/或改进产品,提高竞争力和利润最大化,提升营销意识,明确的传达营销目标,有效支持实现销售计划和目标。
Implement all sales action plans.
拟定相关销售计划。
Plan sales call activities under the direct approval of DOSM to major marketing areas,
calling on existing and potential accounts within their specific areas.
在市场销售总监批准下制定销售拜访计划,针对存在或者潜在客户并有针对性的进行销售。
Provide information on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition.
Arrange an accompany clients on fam/site inspection tour.
根据市场变动的情况,提供想关信息 包括竞争对手的趋势等。安排和陪同客户进行酒店的免费参观住宿等行程。
Develops, implements and evaluates short-term tactics and long-range sales plans and
Programmes focused on customer needs and expectations.
以客户的需求及预期制定执行及评估短期计划和长期销售计划及销售方案。
