职位描述

Job Purpose:

Theincumbent shall report to the Head, Commercial Support Services, and under her guidanceto direct the multi vision of Global Distribution channels for the region (andkey in-region markets) and to drive performance of online channels.

Scope of Duties：

1. Timely and accurate loading ofnew/revised rates on TARS and COL.

2. To conduct rate audits to ensure maximumvisibility of rates sold on all platforms.

3. Keep close monitoring of availability inTARS and COL to ensure a timely closing and/or opening of inventory.

4. To keep up-to-date records of promotionsand packages available on Accor Websites and other 3rd partiesplatforms.

5. To regularly conduct check and ensurethat OPMS/ORS/TARS and COL interfaces are operational at all times.

6. To ensure bookings from external systemsare successfully updated in both ORS/OPMS.

7. To follow up with Accor Regional Hubs toensure offers are loaded on time and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

8. To support properties ReservationManagers for various distribution system.

9. To undertake any other projects and/ortasks as assigned by Head, Commercial Support Services.
