Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to gather up-to-date information
on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business leads.
Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.•
Project Management: Oversee the preparation and distribution of project
reports, trip reports, and research reports. Ensure timely and accurate
assessment of business leads and opportunities.•
Presentations and Proposals: Develop and deliver high-quality proposals and
presentations for internal and external stakeholders.•
Networking: Build and maintain a strong network within the industry. Represent
the company at industry events and conferences.•
Negotiations: Lead negotiations for term sheets and other agreements. Ensure
favorable terms and conditions for the company.•
Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and high-performance among Business
Development team.•
Travel: Travel as required to meet with partners, conduct site visits, and
attend industry events.•
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development,
preferably within the hospitality industry. Proven track record of successful
project management and strategic partnership development.•
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or
other advanced degree preferred.Skills:
