职位描述

工作职责

1.  Responsible for all sales and marketing activities carried out by Hotel.

  全面负责所属酒店的市场营销活动。
2.  Provide professional and advisory support to General Manager.
  为总经理提供专业的咨询支持。
3.  Put together Hotel annual business plan, budget and forecast, and to monitor the result of achievement.
  结合酒店年度商业计划,预算和预测,并监控结果。
4.  Implementation of sales strategy, developing and implementing an appropriate Sales & Marketing plan, within DMH strategy and approved budget and guidelines.
  在集团战略和批准预算的情况下, 开发并实施适当的销售和营销计划。
5.  Work together with Director of Revenue for competitive set analysis and monitor market trend, demand and supply 
  协助酒店收入总监分析竞争酒店群、研究市场趋势、供给和需求。
6.  Drive revenue by effectively and consistently ensuring the sales team is selling all products and services at competitive prices while maximizing revenue opportunities, recommend and create new sales channel.
  长期有效地拉动收入,确保销售团队以最具竞争力的价格取得最大收益,推荐并拓展新的销售渠道。
7.  Analyze current and potential market, to coordinate relevant activities to maintain and increase revenue through quality customer base, channel distribution and partnership marketing.
    分析现有及潜在市场,在高质量客户、渠道及合作伙伴中举办相关营销活动,从而保持并提高收益。
8.  Set up seasonal strategy and action plan to achieve sales target
  制定季度策略和行动计划,以达到销售目标。
9.  Ensure business goals are clearly communicated and understood by sales team.
  确保销售团队清楚地理解业务目标。
10. To set and monitor both Revenue and Room Night targets for the Region overall and for each Sales personnel.
  制定区域整体酒店房晚及收入指标,并监督指标完成及销售人员的执行情况。
11. Assign designated sales force within the office to identify and develop relationships with government offices and national accounts for domestic and outbound business, tourism board and travel trade partners.
  在公司内部及重点城市分配销售力量,增进与政府机关、国有客户、旅游局和旅游贸易伙伴的联系,拓展国内外销售业务。
12. Represent Hotel in the yearly RFP rate submission and negotiation process together with DMH Area Director of Sales if required.
  代表酒店与集团区域销售总监共同商讨制定酒店年度定价方案。
13. Interact and maintain a strong rapport with all key clients/accounts/partners/media across all market segments and to constantly support the sales team with their key accounts and media partners.
  与重点顾客、客户、合作商建立良好的沟通并为销售团队引荐重点客户群。
14. Personally involved and interact with key accounts and sales solicitation of major accounts.
  与重要客户建立良好的合作关系,为公司争取更多客户群体。
15. Share market intelligence and clients’ feedback with Hotel Department Heads and DMH Regional Sales.
  与公司各部门共享市场信息及客户反馈。
16. Maintain close interaction and relationships with different distribution channels to maximize revenue for hotels and spot check hotels rate integrity.
  与各个销售渠道保持密切联系以保证酒店盈利最大化并不定期对酒店整体价格进行抽查。
17. Monitor, analyze and report on competitors’ sales, promotion and marketing activities.
  实时关注并分析报告竞争对手销售及相关市场推广活动。
18. Coordinate and participate in major trade shows such as the ITB, IMEX, Cvent… etc. on behalf of the Hotel to strengthen our awareness in the market and get to know more buyers from different countries.
  代表酒店出席ITB, IMEX, Cvent..等重要商务展会。
19. Organize FAM trips for event organizers and meeting planners from corporate companies and travel agents, media and KOL to build product knowledge, especially when Hotel is newly opened.
  组织客户公司、旅行社的活动主办方、会议策划方考察酒店,宣传酒店产品,特别帮助新开业酒店作推广活动。
20. Build relationship with media contacts where applicable.
  与相关媒体建立联系。
21. Attend industry and high profile functions where required and nurture relationship with industry and marketing partners.
  出席相关产业高端会议,与业内人士培养建立良好关系。
22. In representing the company, to ensure that Hotel brand are not compromised in any way when carrying out sales & marketing activities.
  代表公司参加商业活动或执行市场销售活动时,确保公司品牌不受损害。
23. Identify and develop talent, ensuring a succession plan for all level of staff within the department.
  甄选及培养人才,针对部门各级别员工制定接班人计划。
24. Ensure compliance with Hotel regulatory requirements.
  服从人力资源分配调整。
25. Communicate with the DMH Area Sales on a regular basis.
  与集团区域销售总监保持定期沟通。


任职资格

1.  University graduate.
  大专以上学历。
2.  Have at least 3 years of same position experience within international hospitality industry. 

  在国际酒店行业,具备3年以上同等职位工作经验。

3. Have international luxury brand hotel experience.

  在国际奢华品牌酒店工作的经历。

4.  Rich experience in Corporate, Travel Trade, Government and MICE sales.
  熟悉公司、旅游社、政府、会展领域销售业务。
5.  Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written. 
  具备优秀的中英文口语及书面表达能力。
6.  Be a results-oriented, self-starter capable of working with minimum supervision. 
  工作主观能动性强。
7.  Possess superior organizational skills. 
  具备优秀的组织协调能力。
8.  Be competent in a computer assisted work environment, good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other popular software and technology including social media network. 
  熟练使用微软办公系列软件,擅长网络社交媒体操作。
9.  Be willing to travel often and at times, at last minute notice.   
  能适应经常或临时安排的差旅任务。
