Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

Assists to improve productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utility/payroll costs within acceptable guidelines.

Assists in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets.

Ensures new technology and equipment are embraced, improving productivity whilst taking work out of the system

Assists to ensure that breakages are administered so as to provide constant feedback to the operation as a tool to reduce breakages and losses.

Works closely with other Outlet Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

Assists to ensures that Stewarding employees work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
保证按照操作手册使用餐饮部内的所有设备。
Ensures all F&B equipment and other facilities in the kitchen are maintained according to the Departmental Operations Manual requirements.
努力满足餐饮各部门的需求。
Constantly strives to satisfy the needs of the Outlet by providing the necessary operating equipment.
严格控制库存,和固定设施的使用。
Strictly adheres to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies, inventoried items.
保养和清理每个厨房及厨房内的设施。
Maintains the cleanliness of the kitchens and equipment.
协助保证餐饮部后场的干净有序。
Assists to ensure that the back-of-house areas are kept clean and organised.
确保垃圾被及时清理,并确保每天放好卷纸及补满皂液盒。
Ensures garbage are disposed off properly and ensuring that paper towel dispensers and soap dispensers are filled daily.
向管事部经理报告所有问题,以进行解决和跟办。
Reports any difficulty or problem to Stewarding Manager for solution or follow-up actions.
确保正确操作清洗餐盘、杯子、碟子、银器等的自动洗碗机。
Ensures proper handling of the automatic dishwashing machine that cleans and washes plates, cups, saucers, silverware, glasses and other dishes
确保根据所设标准洗净餐具、瓷器、玻璃器皿及银器。
Ensures tableware, chinaware, glassware, and silverware are washed and cleaned as per the established procedures.
给员工安排培训提高他们的专业知识和技能。
Conducts training to improve employees’ knowledge and skills.
协助进行每季度对运营设备及营业用品的盘点。
Assists in conducting quarterly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
根据酒店的“失物招领”处理程序处理所有“失物招领”物品。
Handles and reports “Lost and Found” items according to the Hotel “Lost and Found” procedures.
协助保证为每个餐厅提供洁净干燥的设施。
Assists to ensure that each outlet is supplied with clean and dry operating equipment.
协助保证为每个厨房提供洁净干燥的厨具。
Assists to ensure that the food production areas are supplied with clean and dry kitchen utensils.
监督夜间厨房清洁工作和餐饮部的后场区域。
Assists to supervise night cleaning contractors in kitchen and back-of-house food and beverage areas.
确保所有的清理工作严格遵守后场清理条例和垃圾处理规定。
Assists to ensure that back-of-house cleaning schedules and garbage runs are strictly adhered to and areas are cleaned according to established standards.
确保按照部门营运手册的要求保养好厨房的餐饮设备及其它设施。
Assists to prepare and issue repair and maintenance job orders to ensure the proper maintenance of the kitchen.

Assists to oversees the punctuality and appearance of all Stewarding employees, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards.

Maximises the effectiveness of employees by developing each of their skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.

Ensures that all employees have a complete understanding of and adhere to employee rules and regulations.
保证所有的员工遵守酒店有关于火灾,危险物品的使用和安全方面的规定。
Ensures that employees follow all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security.
了解员工意见调查的结果,对合理要求作出相应的调整。
To feedback the results of the Employee Opinion Survey and ensure that the relevant changes are implemented.

Exercises responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel management team and Hyatt International.

Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.

Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
根据行业、公司和酒店对于餐饮职能要求的变化做出反应。
Responds to changes in the Food and Beverage function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
需要时参加培训课程和会议。
Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
执行分派的任何合理任务和额外职责。
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
