Administration

 

§  确保高效的部门运作流程。

Ensures efficient office administration procedures.

§  确保所有的培训记录得以在人力资源系统中维护、存档并更新。

Ensures that all training records are maintained, filed and updated in the HR System.

§  确保所有的培训文件能够按照严格的准确性和保密性进行发送。

Ensures Training documents are properly routed with strict accuracy and confidentiality.

§  维护并更新各种手册和指南,需要时在电脑中进行分类存档。

Maintains and updates manual and computerised filing system as required.

§  根据进修发展经理所指派的任务,与当地的劳资机构紧密协调合作。

Liaises with the local Labour authority for all related matters as assigned by the Learning Manager.

§  协助确保所有的员工设施得以按照相应的标准加以维护,例如培训教室和图书馆。

Assists in ensuring all associate facilities are maintained within standards, i.e. Training Rooms and Library.

§  协助完成对于各部门运行手册、工序表、工序分析进行编辑和校正。

Assists in the compilation and accuracy of the Departmental Operations Manuals, Associate Task Lists and Task Breakdowns.

§  协助准备年度培训计划,确保培训目标得以传达酒店的目标并能满足员工的培训需要。

Assists in the preparation of the annual Training Plan, ensuring the objectives fully address the business objectives of the Hotel and the training needs of the associates.

§  协助进修发展经理填写并确认所有培训课程的相关出席情况。

Assists the Learning Manager in compiling training attendance confirmation lists for all training courses.

§  编辑酒店相关的政策及程序。

Complies with hotel’s Policies & Procedures.

 

 

员工沟通

Associate Communications

 

§  协助协调员工认知计划的实施。

Assists with the coordination of the associate recognition programmes.

§  协助编写实施及更新下列相关员工沟通文案—员工手册、月度员工活动安排、“培训为了你的未来”更新、员工通知栏和电视交流。

Assists in the compilation, implementation and upkeep of the following associate communications – Associate Handbook, Monthly HR Activity Schedule, TFYF Update, Associate Notice Boards, and Television Communication.

§  协助协调好部门内部交流活动及对于员工奖赏的赠与。

Assists in coordinating of inter-departmental social activities and associate award presentations.

General

 

§  根据人力资源部的计划协助指导员工调查。

Assists in conducting associate survey according to HR plan.

§  在可能的情况下协助回复员工对于人事及培训方面事宜的要求及疑问。

Assists in answering inquiries from the associates on personnel and training issues respectively whenever possible.

§  协助准备月度的部门培训师会议及活动。

Assists in the preparation of venue for the monthly Departmental Trainer forums and activities.

§  协助完成酒店的各种活动以提升凯悦优秀的实战能力。

Assists in various campaigns to promote Hyatt good practices.

§  按要求出席所有会议并作出贡献。

Attends and contributes to all meetings

§  确保始终提供礼貌和专业的服务。

Provides courteous and professional service at all times.

§  协助完成员工录用,与应聘者联系面试事宜并向部门主管引荐合适的候选人。

Assists in recruitment activities, contacts applicants for screening interviews; screens applications and resumes; arranges interviews appointment and refers suitable candidates to Department Heads.

§  协助完成对于员工认知项目的协调工作。

Assists with the coordination of the associate recognition programmes.

§  协助检查以确保所有的员工设施得以按照标准进行维护,例如:员工的更衣柜、员工餐厅、员工宿舍以及员工的吸烟区。

Assists by checking to ensure all associate facilities are maintained within standards, i.e. Associate Lockers, Associate Restaurant, Associate Dormitory and Associate smoking area.

§  根据安排参加酒店培训课程,以提高工作技能及知识。

Attends hotel training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge.

§  礼貌而高效的处理客人和员工询问,对不能立即解决的投诉和问题进行汇报,并及时回馈和跟进。

Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing feedback for a prompt follow up.

§  了解关于员工及行业关系的法律、法规,理解并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度,及酒店关于防火、卫生、健康和安全的制度。

Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in associate and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health & safety.

§  确保高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表。

Ensures high standards of personal presentation & grooming.

§  协助定期检查员工的仪容仪表以确保所有的员工能严格遵守酒店的政策及规章制度。

Assists by regularly checking grooming to ensure all the associates are adhering hotel policy and regulations.

§  在需要时协助部门培训师开展培训课程。

Assists departmental trainer to conduct training in the respective department as required.

§  有责任监督各部门培训的培训课程是否按照计划进行。

Responsible for monitor and inspect department training is implemented as scheduled.

§  负责开展酒店入职培训。

Responsible for conduct Welcome To Hyatt.

§  协助准备呈交给进修及发展部经理的各种培训文档及信息。

Assists in preparation of documents/information before commence training to the Learning manager.  

§  协助酒店入职培训。

Assists in Welcome To Hyatt.

§  与客人和同事保持基于良好工作关系的接触。

Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

§  始终展现负责的管理和行为,并以积极的形象代表酒店管理团队和凯悦酒店集团。

Exercises responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing the Hotel and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

§  协助并参与人力资源部的所有活动。

Assists and participate in all Human Resources activities.

§  确保并实施对于本部门敏感信息的保密工作。

Ensures and practices the outmost protection of office’s confidentiality.

§  根据酒店、行业和公司的指引,回应需求、改变,执行任何合理的任务及额外职责。

Responds to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the Hotel, industry and company.
