主要职责

Main Duties

 

行政

Administration

协助准备并更新部门运营手册。

To assist in the preparation and update of Departmental Operations Manuals.

定期参与部门交流会议,确保部门简报和会议按需要有效进行。

To attend regular departmental communications meetings and ensure departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.

 

 

财务

Financial

 

 

分析当前酒店收入发展趋势,以确定提高酒店收入的重要市场。

To analyse the current revenue generation trends of the hotel in order to identify critical areas for Revenue Enhancement.

为酒店开发和执行一个通过商业情报和收入管理措施来增加酒店利润的整体解决方案,关注并分析酒店所有利润产出部门,并增强成本控制。

To develop and implement integrated solutions which enable the hotel to leverage increased profitability via Business Intelligence and Revenue Management practices, focusing on revenue engineering at all profit centres of the hotel and improving efficiency in cost control.

协助月度和周度收入再预测。

To assist in monthly and weekly reforecast.

根据重要绩效指标协助管理成本。

To assist in managing costs based on key performance indicators.

确保关于酒店、公司和本地和财务报告、资金、执照的所有规章制度和政策被正确遵守,及时精确地进行财务报告。

To ensure that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information

 

市场营销

Marketing

通过分析商业趋势,协助营销总监、销售总监和所有产生收入的部门将收入最大化,关注酒店机遇,确保不断进行商业情报数据的挖掘、管理收入、定价和分销策略,将数据适当保存,送达相关部门。

To assist the Director of Marketing / Sales and the revenue departments in maximising revenue and yield through business trend analysis, highlighting areas of opportunity and ensuring delivery and maintenance of optimum data mining, revenue management, pricing and distribution strategies on an ongoing basis.

协助管理剩余空房和预测散客和团体所需房间、确保酒店使用最佳策略和管理方式、减少不协调的安排、将酒店收入最大化。

To assist with inventory and forecasting methods of both FIT and group business, to ensure optimal strategies and controls are in place to minimise displacement and maximise total hotel revenues.

 

 

监测和提供反馈,例如关于酒店是否在商业情报、收入管理、库存管理和灵活定价方面有效使用了凯悦系统、工具和程序,以使凯悦酒店在市场上最具有竞争力。

To monitor and provide feedback on the hotel’s effective use of Hyatt systems, tools and procedures in areas of business intelligence, revenue management, inventory management and dynamic pricing to maximise Hyatt’s competitive advantage in the marketplace.

To manage the re-engineering and enforcement of business processes in all areas to ensure data cleanliness and data integrity.

To conduct training with Front Office employees to ensure correct procedures are in place at check in and check out to ensure the availability and validity of data for analysis.

再分析Cognos数据和二手资料(PMS报告)的基础上为营销团队成员提供商业情报。

To provide the hotel Marketing Team with business intelligence based on Cognos data mining solutions and secondary resources (PMS reports).

确保Cognos数据的准确和有效性。

To ensure the accuracy and validity of the data presented in the Cognos cubes.

利用以下工具如Competitive Intelligence, Rate View / Phaser, Hotelbenchmark.com,GDS系统如(i.e. Gallileo Focalpoint / MySabre),相关网站和公司资源为酒店提供外部市场情报。

To provide the hotel with external market intelligence using tools such as Competitive Intelligence, Rate View / Phaser, Hotelbenchmark.com, access to a Global Distribution System (i.e. Gallileo Focalpoint / MySabre), Internet web sites and corporate resources.

协助市场推广/销售总监和管理层成员建立以结构化手段设计营销策略的方式,利用酒店内外部工具提供标准的研究报告,确保所采用的策略是可测量的(例如跟踪促销效果)。

To assist the Director of Marketing / Sales and the management team to have a structured approach to strategic marketing making use of all internal and external tools available to the hotel and providing standard analytical reporting to ensure the adopted strategies are measurable (i.e. promotion tracking).

承担对各个收益部门的深入商业研究,为其推荐理想市场和顾客类型,全局策略和促销技巧。

To undertake in depth business analysis of each revenue generating department, making recommendations concerning the ideal customer market / base, overall strategy and promotional tactics.

协助餐饮部门(餐厅和服务)建立和维持顾客数据库(凯悦美食会)。

To assist the Food and Beverage Department (outlets and catering) in establishing and maintaining customer databases (Club at the Hyatt).

协助营销/销售总监为销售团队提供策略性指导,协助销售经理建立个人企划书、为公司型客户分类(重要客户管理),同时协助建立月度报告书。

To assist the Director of Marketing / Sales in the strategic direction of the Sales Team by assisting the Sales Managers with their Personal Business Plans, corporate account classification (key account management) as well as ensuring monthly reporting needs are met.

积极参与年度企划书的建立和提交。

To actively participate in the formulation and submission of the Annual Business Plan.

以利润最大化为目标,经常开发和更新酒店“理想”客户分类,并且根据研究为相关部门作出建议。

To constantly develop and update the hotel’s “ideal” customer segmentation that leads to the highest overall profitability and to make recommendations based on the findings.

紧密与行销企划经理合作,确保选择的行销企划策略与酒店目标客户类型、喜好和行为一致。

To work in close collaboration with the Marketing Communication Manager to ensure the chosen marketing communications are consistent with the hotel’s targeted customer’s profile, preferences, and behaviours.

为行销企划部门提供关于目标市场的量化信息,包括市场大小、产出、预定、过往促销结果等,协助其进行计划和计算投入产出比。

To offer quantitative information to Marketing Communications regarding the targeted market’s size, yield, booking, past promotion results, etc, for planning and ROI calculation.

收入管理/定价和分销。

Revenue Management / Pricing and Distribution

通过商业情报和收入管理软件(IDeaS软件)的使用,优化收入预测。

To optimise forecasting through the use of Business Intelligence and Revenue Management applications (IDeaS software where available).

确保对散客和团体客人的剩余房间数据控制,以及酒店整体的剩余房间控制。

To ensure optimal inventory controls are in place for FIT / Group and for the hotel as a whole.

为周度营业产出会议提供策略性、重要的数据,当区域收入经理缺席时,主持并且管理营业产出会议。

To provide strategic, critical input for the weekly yield meeting. In the absence of a Regional Revenue Manger, to chair and take ownership of the yield meeting.

To monitor and constantly adapt pricing strategies in the context of competitor strategies and market fluctuations.

根据客户需要和产品提供前后一致性制定优惠策略、调整产品包价。

To define discounting strategies and adapt product packaging according to customer needs and consistency of product delivery.

通过Spirit/Reserve对于剩余房间数目的信息、房价管理、定价和分销等系统提供策略性咨询建议,优化有效的收入产出过程。

To provide strategic consultation on effective revenue generating processes through Spirit / Reserve inventory usage, rate control management, pricing and distribution.

确保所有销售渠道都和凯悦国际销售策略一致,并且紧密监督不同渠道之间的流动(渠道管理)。

To ensure distribution through all channels is in line with Hyatt International Distribution strategy and closely monitor business shifts between channels (Channel Management).

确保动态定价策略(DPS)增加酒店总利润,在适当的情况下了解并且协助重新确定价格策略。

To ensure Dynamic Pricing Strategies (DPS) are increasing the hotel’s overall sales and profitability and to review and assist in the re-design of the pricing strategies if necessary (in hotels that have converted to DPS).

Personnel

协助招聘和甄选市场分析员,按照酒店相关方针并且根据参选者工作能力甄选员工。

To assist in the recruitment and selection of the Marketing Analyst. To follow hotel guidelines when recruiting and use a competency-based approach to selection.

确保所有行销企划部员工准时到岗、按照部门仪容标准正确穿着制服、保证高标准的个人卫生和仪态。

To ensure the punctuality and appearance of the Marketing Analyst, making sure that he/she wears the correct uniform and maintains a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards.

进行年度绩效发展会议,帮助本部门员工设立专业发展目标。

To conduct annual Performance Development Discussions and to support the Marketing Analyst in his/her professional development goals.

通过适当培训、教学和探讨发展市场分析员个人的技能,提升其工作效率。

To maximise the effectiveness of the Marketing Analyst by developing his/her skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.

支持人本品牌理念的实行、示范并且加强凯悦价值观和文化特色。

To support the implementation of The People Brand, demonstrating and reinforcing Hyatt’s Values and Culture Characteristics.

确保市场分析员深刻理解并遵守和防火、安全有关的员工守则、规章制度和政策。

To ensure that the Marketing Analyst has a complete understanding of and adheres to employee rules and regulations and policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security.

根据员工意见调查的结果支持酒店变革的执行。

To support the implementation of changes as a result of the Employee Opinion Survey.

 

营运

Operational

熟悉Cognos数据的本地特色和解决技术、基本数据流,数据库结构和月度数据引用程序。

To be familiar with the technical set up of the local Cognos solution, general dataflow, database structure and monthly extract procedure.

在Cognos解决方案遇到问题的时候能运用附加程序解决问题,熟悉当地市场Cognos解决方式。

To be familiar with the escalation procedure in case of support issues with the local Cognos solution.

熟悉所有数据研究工具的技术构成和使用方法,包括收入管理系统,贯穿整个市场策略程序。

To be familiar with the technical set up and usages for all tools including revenue management system (where available) throughout the strategic marketing process.

 

其他

Other Duties

与酒店竞争者、商务合作伙伴和其他组织的相关代表之间保持专业的紧密的联系。

To maintain strong, professional relationships with relevant representatives from competitor hotels and other organisations.

对由行业、公司和酒店的行销企划功能变化做出反应。

To respond to changes in the Marketing function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.

阅读酒店员工手册,理解并严格执行员工手册中的规章制度、以及酒店其他如消防安全、食品清洁、安全健康等政策。

To read the hotel's Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.

 

出席所要求的培训课程及会议。

To attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.

执行其他分派的合理职责。

To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
