主要职责

Main Duties

 

 

行政

Administration

 

§  确保遵守并实施所有会议宴会服务标准。

Ensures all Events Service Standards are implemented and adhered to.

§  确保维护日常日志,并适宜地追踪特定事件。

Ensures the Daily logbook is well maintained and incidents are followed up appropriately.

§  在适当的时候协助准备和更新部门营运手册。

Assists to prepare and update Departmental Operations Manuals as appropriate.

§  协助定期主持召开部门沟通会并确保分部门例会和会议确实有效且在必要时进行指导。

Assists to conduct regular divisional communications meetings and ensure that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.

 

宾客服务

Customer Service

§  确保所有员工遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。

Ensures that all employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

§  确保员工同样在适当的时候为其他部门的内部客人提供优质服务。

Ensures that employees also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.

§  礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部客人的投诉和询问,确保问题得到圆满解决。

Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

§  与客人和同事保持基于良好工作关系的互动接触。

Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

§  与客人建立并保持良好的客户关系。

Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.

§  经常亲自证实餐厅客人得到的是最好的服务。

Personally and frequently verifies that guests in the Outlet are receiving the best possible service.

§  在餐厅区域花时间巡视(高峰时段)以确保员工很好地管理餐厅区域并使各项工作达到最佳满意度。

Spends time in the Outlet (during peak periods) to ensure that the Outlet is managed well by the respective employees and functions to the fullest expectations.

§  遵守客户服务的会议宴会标准。

Follows Events Standards for customer service

§  监督相关的宴会服务领班,检查各会议宴会的进度,努力满足并超出客人的预期。

Oversees relevant Events Service Leaders, checking on the progress of each Events as they strive to meet and exceed the guest’s expectations.

Financial

 

§  通过多技能、多任务和灵活的规划,使职员的生产力最大化,从而实现经营财务目标并满足客户的预期。

Maximises employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.

§  将主要精力放在提升生产力水平上以及按可接受的指导标准审慎地管理公用设施/薪水成本的必要性上,确保全职和兼职员工的最佳部署及所有设备的能效。

Focuses attention on improving productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utility/payroll costs within acceptable guidelines ensuring optimum deployment of full time and casual employees and energy efficiency of all equipment.

§  根据关键绩效指标积极地管理成本。

Manage costs proactively based on key performance indicators.

§  协助宴会服务经理制作并定期更新宴会服务的预算,确保实现目标并有效地控制成本。

Assists the Events Service Manager to prepare and provide regular updates of the Events Departmental Budget ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.

§  确保采用新科技及设备,在减少工作的同时提高生产率。

Ensures new technology and equipment are embraced, improving productivity whilst taking work out of the system.

§  有效控制部门破损,在规定范围之内。

Effectively control department breakage within the prescribed scope.

 

 

市场营销

Marketing

 

§  与部门成员一起准备年度市场计划,作为完成餐饮部年度市场计划的依据。

Prepares with the Outlet team, a yearly marketing plan which is the basis of the Food and Beverage Annual Marketing Plan.

§  不断评估当地、国内和国际市场趋势、供应商和其他酒店/餐饮企业营运状况以确保酒店自身经营状况保持竞争力和领先位置。

Evaluates local, national and international market trends, vendors and other hotel/restaurant operations constantly to make sure that the hotel’s operations remain competitive and cutting edge.

§  不断寻求市场和公关方面的机会以加强关注力并最终带来生意。

Continuously seeks Marketing and Public Relations opportunities to increase awareness and ultimately business.

Operational

 

§  确保酒店最基本的品牌标准都要被贯彻执行。

Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.

§  确保凯悦温情和餐饮部经典20条的贯彻实施。

Ensures that all Touches of Hyatt and the Food and Beverage Top 20 are implemented.

§  协助员工处理客人的特殊请求或投诉。

Assists employees to handle any guest’s special requests or complaints.

§  在宴会服务经理不在时,宴会开始之前与厨房会面并联络,了解详细情况及特殊需求。与宴会厨师长保持沟通,确保宴会的顺利进行。

In the absence of the Events Service Manager, Meets and liaises with the Kitchen Department before the Events to go through the final details and special requests.  Maintain constant communication with the Chef de Cuisine Events to ensure a smooth operation

§  保管好各种物资,以在客户紧急需要时提供给客户,包括技术和辅助用品。

Keeps a stock of items to assist clients with last minute requests – both technical and ancillary products.

§  与宴会服务经理一起规划和实施外卖。

Works with Events Service Manager to plan and execute any Offsite Events.

§  充分了解收银系统的各个方面。

Be fully conversant with all aspects of the Cashier System.

§  严格遵守财务部发布与出纳和现金处理相关的所有政策和程序。

Strictly adheres to all policies and procedures issued by Finance with regards to cashiering and cash handling.

General

 

§  在宴会服务经理不在时,参加与即将举行的会议宴会相关的内部和外部会议。

In the absence of the Events Service Manager, attends internal and external meetings regarding forthcoming Events.

§  在宴会服务经理不在时,就准备、服务及菜单方面组织员工召开日常班前例会。

In the absence of the Events Service Manager, conducts daily pre-shift briefings to employees on preparation, service and menu.

§  根据酒店和部门的仪表标准,监督所有宴会服务全职和兼职员工的准时出勤及仪表,确保他们穿着正确的制服,保持较高的个人形象及卫生标准。

Oversees the punctuality and appearance of all Events Services full time and casual employees, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards.

§  在宴会服务经理不在时,监督每周工作计划的制作和张贴情况,确保它们反映了业务需求、可重复的员工分配(对于持续数天的会议宴会)及其它主要的绩效指标。

In the absence of the Events Service Manager, oversees the preparation and posting of weekly work schedules, making sure that they reflect business needs, a repeating employee allocation for Events on consecutive days and other key performance indicators.

§  支持凯悦人品牌的贯彻实施。

Supports the implementation of Hyatt’s People Brand.

§  确保员工了解并遵守员工手册中的章程及规定及酒店的政策,包括但不限于消防、卫生、健康和安全。

Ensures employees understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the hotel's policies including but not restricted to fire, hygiene, health and safety.

§  了解员工和行业相系方面的法律规定。

Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations.
