Ensures a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintains an awareness of all sales opportunities within the Hotel.
§ 确保具有高水准的酒店产品知识及本地信息。
Ensures a high level of product knowledge of hotel and local area.
§ 确保始终有高水平的宾客服务。
Ensures a high level of customer service is consistently maintained.
§ 确保将来自任何客人或其他部门的反馈及时并准确地汇报给副理。
Ensures the Team Leader/ Assistant Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either customers or other departments.
§ 确保具有高水平的酒店及本地的产品知识,以便在机会出现时,宣传/销售餐厅产品及其它设施/活动。
To be knowledgeable and promote/ upselling F&B outlets and other facilities/ programmes whenever opportunities arises.
§ 遵守酒店有关客房部的政策及程序。
Complies with the Hotel Policies & Procedures relating to Housekeeping.
§ 遵守房务部制定的系统及程序。
Complies with all systems and procedures as laid down by the Rooms Division.
§ 履行清洁及服务客房的日常职责,确保客房的清洁达到凯悦品牌标准。
Performs routine duties in the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms ensuring the cleanliness meet Hyatt Brand Standards.
§ 负责储存、发放和维护物资、布草、洗衣及客衣。
Stores, issues and maintains supplies, house linen and laundry, guest laundry.
§ 分拣、清点、折叠、标注及搬运布草。
Sorts, counts, folds, marks, or carries linens.
§ 补充用品,如水杯及书写用具。
Replenishes supplies such as drinking glasses and writing supplies.
§ 根据安排,对地面进行打扫、擦洗及吸尘。
Sweeps, scrubs, and vacuums floor as assigned.
§ 清洁毛毯、地毯、布艺家具及窗帘。
Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
§ 为家具吸尘。清洗墙壁、顶板及木制装饰;清洗窗户、门板及门/窗框。
Dusts furniture. Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
§ 清空垃圾桶及清洁烟灰缸。
Empties wastebaskets, empties and cleans ashtrays.
§ 将垃圾运到垃圾处理区域。
Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
§ 补充浴室用品。
Replenishes bathroom supplies.
§ 服务并清洁包括住客及走客的客房,包括清洁浴室、更换布草、吸尘及清洁走道。
Services and cleans guest rooms, both stay over and check-out, including bathroom cleaning, changing linen, vacuuming, and cleaning hallways.
§ 报告所有遗失及损坏的酒店财产。
Reports missing and damaged hotel property.
§ 依照酒店的“失物招领”程序,报告并上交“失物招领”物品。
Reports and turns in all Lost & Found items as per Hotel “Lost and Found” policy.
§ 清理并维护所有用品、设备及储藏室的整洁。
Cleans and maintains all supplies, equipment and storage rooms.
§ 清洁浴室、窗户、镜面、固定设施及设备。
Cleans the bathroom, windows, mirrors, fixtures and equipment.
§ 根据客房部规定填写每日工作报表。
Complete daily work sheet according to Housekeeping Department principle.
§ 根据酒店政策和客房部规定使用和管理钥匙。
Use and control hotel keys according to hotel policy and Housekeeping principle.

Strictly adheres to Rules & Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health & safety.

Ensures high standards of personal presentation & grooming.
§ 与客人和同事保持基于良好工作关系的接触。
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
§ 根据酒店、行业和公司的指引,回应需求、改变,执行任何合理的任务及额外职责。
Responds to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the Hotel, industry and company.
§ 灵活并适应在房务部内的部门及其它部门的轮换工作。
Be flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Rooms Division or any other Department.
