Administration

 

§  参与市场交流的活动与酒店市场战略以及酒店的活动能够适当的进行。

       Ensures that Marketing Communications activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy, and the

       Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.

§  出席正规部门的市场交流会议并确保部门简报和会议在所必须时有效进行。

       Attends regular departmental marketing communications meetings and ensure departmental briefings and

       meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.

§  确保创办并保持系统中为时刻最新的通信记录。

       Ensures that an organized, up-to-date filing system is maintained for all communications records.

§  保持办公室环境的整洁干净,储藏的所有数据应保持电子版形式.

       Keeps office environment clean and neat and stores all data electronically as opposed to using box files.

Customer Service

 

§  为外部客人提供优质服务以及内部客人提供优质服务。

       Provide excellent service to external customers, as well as internal customers in other departments.

§  礼貌有效的处理所有内部和外部客人的投诉和询问,跟进并确保问题得到满意的解决。

       Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following

       through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

        Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

§  最佳员工通过使用各种技能,多重任务和灵活的日程去适应财务的目标以及客户的期望

       Maximises employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to

       meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.

       Assists with establishing annual marketing communications budgets, including above the line advertising,

       public relations, sales promotions and publicity that will form part of the hotel’s business plan.

       Maintains complete records of all media and purchase agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel.

       Ensures that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping,

       Ensures a high level of exposure for Hotel through direct sales solicitation, telephone contacts and written

       communications.

       Conducts extensive competitor research and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the Hotel.

       Fosters outstanding relationship with the press and maximize the hotel exposure, journalists, editors and

       hotel.

       Establishes and maintains good relationship with media.

       Assist the Marcom Department in the regular update and upkeep of VIP lists and invitation guestlists.

§  帮助行销企划经理准备和更新酒店宣传资料袋。

       Assists the Marketing Communications Manager to prepare and update the hotel’s press kits.

§  监督部门负责人循环的剪报,循环后编辑并存档。

       Supervises the compilation of press clippings for circulation to all heads of department, after circulation,

       retrieves and files accordingly.

§  监督酒店内部安排的摄影记者和媒体。

       Supervises the internal arrangements for photojournalists and media on assignment at the hotel.

§  回答所有的新闻询问,确保只透露那些相关的和确定能够向媒体透露的信息。

       Answers to all press inquiries, ensuring only relevant and accurate information have been released to the press.

§  协调处理所有媒体的住宿要求。

       Coordinates and handles all media accommodation requests.

       Coordinates and makes arrangement for photography of new Department Heads or Excom members for press

       releases purposes.

       Closely works together with other departments to assess and support their internal and external communications

§  建立并维持酒店图书和照片的档案管理。

       Establishes and maintains the hotel library and photographic image filing

§  及时准备并递交每月报告。

       Prepares and submits the monthly report on a timely manner.

§  按照凯悦国际的标准间接帮助餐饮部核房务部的要求,例如餐饮部的信件,促销传单海报,食品的照片和节日宣传等。

       Assists the F&B and Rooms on collateral requirements and that they comply with HI’ s Brand Standards i.e.

       F&B newsletters, promotional flyers and posters, photography of food and festive shots etc.

§  当需要时进行间接校对。

       Proofreads all collateral when required.

       Ensures all collateral are prepared according to the Hyatt International requirement and guidelines.

       Provides assistance to hotel personnel in writing speeches, preparing letters and drafting articles that are to be

       made public.

       Arranges for hotel site inspections

       Proactively seeks opportunities (internally and externally) to promote rooms and food and beverage business.

       Assists to conduct annual Performance Development Discussions and supports Marketing Communications

       employees in their professional development goals.

       Assists to plan and implement effective training programmes for Marketing Communications employees in

       coordination with the Training Manager and Departmental Trainers.

       advice, counselling and truthful, diplomatic feedback.

       the success of the operation.

       regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security.

       Supports the implementation of changes as a result of the Employee Opinion Survey.

       Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the

       Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.

§  确保高标准的个人介绍和修饰用语

       Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

§  维持与相关商务伙伴和其他组织者强劲专业的关系

       Maintains strong, professional relationship with the relevant representatives from business partners and other

       organizations.

§  回复行销企划部在行业,公司和酒店在功能上的变化

       Responds to changes in the Marketing Communications function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.

§  在需要的时候出席培训和会议

       Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

§  完成安排的其他工作和职责

       Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
