Liaises with thelocal Labour authority for all related matters as assigned by the Learning& Development Manager/ Assistant Manager - Human Resources.

Assists in ensuringall associate facilities are maintained within standards, i.e. Training Roomsand Library.

Assists in thepreparation of the annual Learning & Development Plan, ensuring theobjectives fully address the business objectives of the Hotel and the Learning& Development needs of the associates.
§ 协助人事副理填写并确认所有进修及培训发展课程的相关出席情况。
Assists theAssistant Manager – Human Resources in compiling Learning & Developmentattendance confirmation lists for all Learning & Development courses.

Assists in thecompilation, implementation and upkeep of the following associatecommunications – Associate Handbook, Monthly HR Activity Schedule, TFYF Update,Associate Notice Boards, and Television Communication.

Assists incoordinating of inter-departmental social activities and associate awardpresentations.

§ 协助完成员工录用,定期公布职位空缺需要,与应聘者联系面试事宜并向部门主管引荐合适的候选人,核实并对应聘者相关信息进行存档。
Assists inrecruitment activities, prepares and posts vacancy announcements, contactsapplicants for screening interviews; screens applications and resumes; arrangesinterviews appointment and refers suitable candidates to Department Heads;checks and documents applicant references.

Assists by checkingto ensure all associate facilities are maintained within standards, ie. AssociateLockers, Associate Restaurant, Associate Dormitory and Associate smoking area.

Attends hotel trainingsessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge.

Handles guest and associateenquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problemsif no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing feedback for a promptfollow up.

Is knowledgeable instatutory legislation in associate and industrial relations, understanding andstrictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the AssociateHandbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health &safety.
