Continuously
monitors installed safety devices for emergency readiness.
 确保所有公共区域，餐厅，楼层，办公室，所有的客房和其他的区域的巡视工作，确保所有客人和酒店人员的舒适安全，留意可疑人员和邮件包裹。
Ensures patrol been
carried out in all public areas, restaurants, guest floors, offices, plant
rooms and all other areas of the hotel, ensuring safety, security and comfort
of all guests, hotel personnel.  Ensures
that all Security personnel look out for any suspicious loiterers or articles.
巡视公共区域及时发现火灾隐患、损坏失灵的安全器材、和其它不安全的情况。
Patrols public areas
to detect fires, unsafe conditions, and missing or inoperative safety
equipment.
确保所有员工都熟悉知道酒店外面的集合场。
Be familiar with the
emergency assembly area outside the hotel and makes aware to all associates of
the area.
 询问任何可疑人事以便发现任何违纪行为并调查任何扰乱投诉、盗窃、故意破坏行为和突发事件。
Interrogates any
suspicious persons to detect any infringements and investigate any
disturbances, complaints, thefts, vandalism, and accidents.
严格遵守火灾和爆炸和安全守则。
Strictly adheres to
fire/ bomb threat and security procedures.
 协助建立防火和安全工作的操作程序。
Assists in
establishing the operational procedures for Fire Prevention and Safety.
确保酒店的车道交通通道畅通。
Ensures efficient
traffic control at the Hotel driveway.
 以专业水准处理解决那些难缠客人的问题。
Handles any
difficult trouble-making guests / patrons in a professional manner.
为当事人提供帮助并递交报告。
Obtains assistance
for accident victims and writes accident reports.
提醒员工们留意身边出现一些可疑人。
Notifies associates
of presence of persons with questionable reputations.
协助管理并加强执行保安员在紧急情况下的安全工作。
Assists management
and enforcement officers in emergency situations.
检查证实客人未结帐离店后进入未结账客人的房间可收留他/她个人的遗留物。
Enters and checks
rooms of guests suspected of leaving without paying bill to confirm suspicious and seize any remaining personal
property.
在保安室里监视CCTV并保持其正常工作。
Monitors and
maintains CCTV in the Security Control room.
协调指导保安员的各项工作。
Coordinates and
directs other Security Officers when performing dispatch procedures.
 与当地政府和管理机构建立良好的关系按照要求的条款协助他们搞好一些事宜。
Establishes smooth
working relationship with local authorities and liaises with them on all
required regulations and activities.
监督并控制所有员工出入走员工通道。
Monitors and
controls the movement of all associates leaving and entering the hotel through
the associate entrance.
协助检查员工提包并安排周期性的检查以确保他们遵守酒店的规章制度。
Assists in associate
bag checks and periodic locker searches and ensures that they are carried out
according to the hotel’s Policy and Procedure.
 按照酒店的钥匙管理守则确保万能钥匙和其他钥匙的保管。
Ensures the issuing
of all master keys and other keys within the hotel according to the established
Key Policies and Procedures.
 提供保安护送收银员结账后携带现金从餐厅到酒店财务部，并在必要的情况下护送他们到银行。
Provides guard
escorts to Cashiers upon ending of shift from Outlet to hotel’s safe, and to
General Cashier from hotel to bank when necessary.
