To provide Executive assistance to the General Manager&Director of Operations, including secretarial services. Coordinate activities in the Executive Office. Assist other Executive Assistants and Secretaries when required. Oversee all administrative functions including proper distribution of internal & external mail,independent correspondence and up-to-date registry system - to maintain an efficient and effective Executive Office.

1. Arrange appointments and meetings for the General Manager & Director of Operations, record same in diary and ensure the General Manager & Director of Operations has the appropriate documentation for each appointment .

2. Attend meetings such as Department Head Meeting, Executive Committee Meeting and any other when requested.

4. Receive visitors and guests. In the absence of the General Manager, answer questions and concerns and follow through resolutions.

Required Qualifications必要的资历要求职资质:
1. University Degree in related subjects preferred.
大学学历,相关专业毕业。
2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in a medium to large size hotel of which must be in a similar capacity.
至少五年相关工作经验。有在酒店作秘书工作经验者优先。
Preferred Qualifications 更高的资历要求:
1. Degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred but not required.
工商管理或相关专业学位。
2. Certification in Secretarial/Administration skills preferred but not required.
