2、 烤制原料成品,必须达到色、香、味的要求,片制的原料要整齐划一,装盘美观大方。。
3、负责各类肉禽原料的腌制和初加工的工作并妥善保管。
4、保持砧板、刀具等用具的消毒和冰柜、烤炉及明档区域的清洁卫生。5、 每日做好营业后的收尾工作。
